Sounds like you had a great weekend. Hey...Hey Dawn. Sounds like you had a great weekend. Hey, I am trying to do this couch to 5 k thing. It suggests at least 3 days a week of running. Is that enough do ya think? If so, I am gonna start focusing on 3 days a week. I have been trying to do 5 (M-F), but that is not realistic long term. You know how it is with small kids.
