Already HUMP DAY!
Wow, how the weeks are flying by. I am counting them down too. I am 21 1/2 weeks out from the competition. For me when I put it in weeks it doesn't seem like very long. When I say 6 months it really seems like an eternity. HA So we will go with the weeks count down.
I am doing well this week so far, well half well I should say. Food is 100% on, strength training is perfect. I have done 4 out of the 5 workouts that I need to do and it is only Wednesday. Cardio, not so good. I had planned to do cardio in the morning Monday through Friday. Well, I was lazy or tired (a little of both) and I didn't get up Tuesday or Wednesday to get it done. So now it is moved to the weekend. I have got to get in all of these workouts or I might not make it to the stage and that just isn't an option. It is only 45 minutes of time on Saturday or Sunday, surely to goodness I can do that. We are not talking 2-3 hours here. I can do it at night if I want too but I have plans tonight and then tomorrow night I will do bicep/tricep workout so I don't have time for both so the weekend it is.
We are starting to make our travel arragement plans for the Chattanooga show. It is VERY EXCITING! Still can't believe I am going to do this.

I've been able to do 1 hour of cardio per day then weights 3x a week. It is really torching the calories :)
