Starting off with a BANG!!!

Today is the first day of the Phit-N-Phat 8 week Back to School Challenge. There is a little over $400 to be won which means there are over 40 participants. The competition is FIERCE!!!! So in order to be in the top of the group I have to stick to my plan CONSISTENTLY!

Day 1 is a success so far. I made it to the gym this morning for leg ST. YEA!!! Funny, I just popped out of bed at 5 AM and got ready and headed out. I felt GREAT! Food is on plan too so far so I will just take it one day at a time. I don't want to get too bogged down with the big picture. Just one workout and one meal at a time and I will get to where I want to be.

J is on-plan too as far as I know that is. He is playing basketball today for some cardio and took his lunch and snacks. He ate his egg/egg white breakfast before he left this morning.

Oh and we had a nice weekend too, we went to dinner together with the girls on Friday for Pizza, YUM, and then we went to play mini-golf and then we had ice cream, double YUM. Saturday night we hung out with some friends and then Sunday we grocery shopped and prepped some food.

Plan for Tuesday is 5:30 AM workout again. Doing cardio, not sure if I will do it at home or at the gym.

Isn't it great when things go as planned? I love getting up early for cardio or weights, it just starts my day off perfectly. AND I ALWAYS just do my meals one day at a time, unless going out of town and have to pack or something....it's the best way to go-

PLEASE,PLEASE tell me it gets easier. I thought I was in pretty good shape. Geez, my poor legs are jello. But I did it. I think I'm really gonna like cardio days. LOL
