Quick check in.
I just wanted to post that I did get up at 5 this morning and do my back / chest workout. So that is 3/4. I am determined to get up in the morning and meet my goal this week of getting up at least 4 days a week in the mornings to do my workout. Friday AM is cardio, probaly a FIRM dvd with the steps. Wish me luck!!!
