Week 1 - SUCCESS

I told myself that for the next 6 weeks that I was going to do 5 strength training workouts and I almost didn't follow through. I needed to get in 2 of them this weekend and things were not working out well for me. I was either busy or lazy. Well, I knew I would be so mad at myself if I didn't do them so last night (Sunday) at 9:10pm I got on my workout clothes and got my water and went to the living room and finished both of them. I was SO GLAD I did it. J was in the living room watching the end of the national finals rodeo and he cheered me on and encouraged me as I did it and as I got tired towards the end. So I can proudly say I did 5 ST days in one week. Now I just have 5 more weeks of that. I can do it though. I am determined.
