Week 2 - slow start
I am off to a slow start this week with the exercise. I finally got up this morning (Wednesday) and got in my chest strength workout. I plan to get up in the morning and do shoulders. I have to kick it in gear. I need to adjust my mindset for these last 5 weeks of this challenge I am doing and FINISH STRONG. I have worked too hard to quit now but for some reason I find my motivation lacking with the exercise. No excuses though, isn't that my mantra. I need to practice what I preach. I WILL DO IT!!!
