gets the blood pumping!! I managed to get my bootie out of bed this morning at 5:30 and get in some strength training. I also did 30 push ups and some planks and ab exercises. I was so energized and I had my IPOD on and was jammin' out to some great tunes. I even had time to eat breakfast. The girls cooperated really well this morning and the traffic has thinned out some so I was like 6-7 minutes early to work. CRAZY!!!
Food plan for today:
post workout - 1/2 protein shake
B - 1 egg and 1 egg substitute omelet w/ 3/4 oz. of cheese
S - rice cake and 1 tbsp of peanut butter
L - salad, steak and green beans (left over from Monday night dinner)
S - 15 almonds and protein shake
D - I am thinking tilapia and steamed broccoli and a salad
