Quick check in.

Just checking in real quick before I get going for the day. I have a busy day at work with meetings and then stuff to get done.

Things are going well and my food has been really GOOD!! I have another great food plan for today. I even exercised this weekend and I will be exercising tonight too.

Food yesterday:
B - egg and 2 egg whites w/ cheese
S - 15 almonds
L - SBD living ceasar wrap, 10 carrots, laughing cow wedge
S - protein shake and strawberries
D - grilled chicken, potatoes cooked on the grill, green beans
S - rice cake, 1.5 tbsp of peanut butter and protein shake
