I got up at 5:10 AM and worked out. WOOT WOOT!! Hubby gave me a gentle rah rah and a push to get out of the bed and I did. I have been struggling with getting in my workouts so I figured I needed to go back to what I really enjoy for a little bit and that is workout DVD's. I am a big Jillian Michaels fan so I did a workout of hers that I have. It really gets the heart pumping and it incorporates weights and cardio and abs. It is a 30 minute workout but pretty intense.
My food is still going great.
I was down 1 pound last week to 151!!!!!!
I was able to wear a pair of shorts on Saturday that have been too tight and then today I have on a pair of capris that I haven't been able to get into. EXCITING!!! I am just thrilled that more clothes are starting to fit.
