All is going well. I have been sticking to my food plan really well. YEA!! I have only exercised once this week which I am not that proud of but I suppose it is better than none. I have a potluck at work today and I brought raw veggie with ranch dip made with light sour cream. I am confident with my ability to eat good today though. We have several people bringing vegetables and then of course I brought the raw ones and someone is bringing a meet and cheese tray so I can eat some turkey meat w/ no bread. I should totally be able to stick to my plan. I am not sure what is for dessert. I will survey the scene and see if it is worth it or not.
Here is what I ate yesterday:
I did a strength workout in the morning at 6
post workout protein shake around 7am
B - 1 egg, 2 egg whites, omelet w/ 1 oz. of cheese and 2 slices of chopped canadian bacon, 2 tbsp of salsa
S - 15 almonds
L - lettuce, 1/2 avocado, 1 serving deli turkey meat, 15 carrots, laughing cow wedge
S - homemade protein bar
D - rotisserie chicken, sauteed squash, salad w/ sbd ranch dressing
I am doing well keeping my carbs low and my protein high and getting in at least 100 oz. of water.
