Today I am starting a new challenge with my on-line Trainer, Corinne, at Phit-N-Phat. It is in preparation to a Phat Camp that is going to be held in Nashville and some of Corinne's PNP team are going to attend. She is trying to get them prepared for the tough workouts that Jennifer Hendershot puts them through. So even though I am not going to Phat camp I am going to participate in the Fast and Furious challenge. I think it will help me get to my fat loss goal of about 10 - 15 more pounds. Of course the challenge is just 8 weeks but it will be a agreat start for me. It will probably take me several weeks to widdle of the last 5 pounds as those are usually the hardest they say.
I still have my 2nd half marathon next weekend, April 26th in Nashville, TN and I will be still preparing for that for the next two weeks along with doing 2-3 ST sessions a week and keeping my eating clean and around 1450-1650 calories a day.
Here is my food for today:
B - 4 egg white omelet w/ 3/4 oz. of cheese
S - oatmeal
L - chicken fajita salad w/ salsa and quacomole for dressing, 14 tortilla chips
S - 15 almonds
S - pure protein bar
D - turkey, cheese wrap (la tort factory tortilla), salad, 2 tbsp south beach diet ranch dressing
post workout - chocolate protein shake whey powder
Total calories = 1504
Tonight I am going to do some ST. I haven't done any in a while so this should be fun. Oh I can feel the burn now. I love the way it makes me feel though...SO STRONG!! I will do this after the girls are asleep and I am watching the CMT country music awards.
