I am rockin it with the food. I am so proud. I seriously already feel leaner and my belly looks smaller from the 3 days in a row of really good eating. It is amazing the difference that it makes. On a not so good note I didn't sleep well last night. I just couldn't fall asleep then my little girl woke up at 12:45 and cried for 30 minutes. I was trying to let her cry it out but she kept getting louder and louder so I went to get here and gave her some milk and then at 2 I laid her back down and she started crying again. I was so tired though that I just shut her door and my door and I had to try to fall asleep. I don't think she cried long though and I must have fell asleep. Tonight I plan on running 3-4 miles if it doesn't rain. I will do an 8 miler on Saturady.
B- protein shake (it was a higher calorie one)
S - 15 almonds
L - south beach diet wrap, carrots, laughing cow cheese wedge
S - pure protein bar
D - chef salad w/ ranch dressing and 6 crouton pieces(larger than regular croutons, small dinner roll sliced and dried)
