Well it is Friday again. Crazy how the weeks go by so fast. I don't have a big weekend planned which is nice since next weekend will be crazy busy but FUN with me going to Nashville, TN for the Country Music Marathon. Tonight will just be hanging out with the fam and then tomorrow I am running 7-8 miles and then tomorrow night we are going to a friends house to celebrate her 30th birthday. Sunday will be housework and food prep day.
Yesterday I ran 4 miles and it went well. Oh, I am doing some ST this weekend too even if it is just for 20 minutes. I will get it in. I have go to tone up my upper body and core if I want to get into a size 8.
Food yesterday wasn't as good as usual but not too bad either:
B- protein shake and oatmeal
S- 15 almonds
L - chicken fajita salad and 14 tortilla chips and salsa
S - 1 hard boiled egg and fiber one bar
D - fried chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans
