I had a GREAT food day yesterday. That makes 3 days in a row. I am making a competition out of this with myself. To see how many days I can go in a row with eating on plan. I have a challenge tonight with bunko with some friends. I am not sure what is on the menu. My plan is to drink a protein shake right before I go so that I won't be real hungry and that way I can pick and choose between what they have and only eat very small portions. I will be fine with that since that is what I am planning to do.
