I have not been a faithful exerciser recently but I finally got in an upper body strength workout last night. It felt great. It was about 9:15 and the girls were in bed and I made myself do it. I was so glad I did.
I have a lot going on in preparation for us leaving for our beach vacation at the end of the week. I cannot wait!! It is going to be so much fun and so relaxing. Just nice to get away from the laundry, vacuuming, phone and computer for a while. I just want to disconnect. I love the technology that we are given but at the same time it just ropes you in and controls you sometime and I am ready to leave it behind for a while.
B - 1 egg, 1 egg white, 3/4 oz. of cheese 2 slices of canadian bacon omelet
S - 15 almonds, protein shake
L - flatout wrap, deli turkey, 1 slice swiss cheese, 15 carrots, laughing cow wedge
S - snickers marathon protein bar, apple, protein shake
D - tuna, 1.5 tbsp of miracle whip, flatout wrap, salad w/ avocado and sun dried tomato dressing
