I am going to have to do this in segments b/c there are so many pictures that I want to share. All of these are either the night before or the morning of the race.

Jessica, Leslee, Maggie and Jane picking up the race packets at the expo for all of us.
Me having my FAVORITE pre-long run meal, baked potato, pulled pork, baked beans and potato salad (typically cole slaw when I eat it in Fayetteville). YUMMO!!

Dawn, Corinne, Logan (Corinne's son) and Jessica all enjoying our CARB LOAD!
I thought this was such a cute picture of Bill and his strength lifting his girls. Aren't they precious?

Jessica, Julie, Dawn and Corinne at the start line.

Pre-race prayer (MUCH NEEDED) led by our Dearest Jane!

Pre-race laugh. Not sure what this was about but it made me laugh all over again wondering what in the world we were laughing at before we were getting ready to run 26.2 miles. HA You really have to laugh or you might cry.

Dawn and my "I couldn't live without" running buddy Jessica!

Jessica, Dawn and Corinne before the race.

We had to get a picture of us by the "ELITES" sign. I mean WE ARE the true elites. We start our race at 6AM and run for 6 1/2 hours, they only run for 2 1/2 hours.

Jeremy (my sweet and UBER supportive husband), Dawn and my sweet sweet Chloe.

Daniel (our marathon race course navigator who got our supporters to all of the stops) and Jessica.

Maggie and Matt came all the way from CALIFORNIA to cheer us on and run 2 legs of the marathon relay along with us.

The Phit-N-Phat running group. Leslee, Jane, Julie, Maggie, Matt, Dawn, Jessica and Corinne.
