4 days and counting

Just 4 days until my marathon relay with 4 friends. It is in Little Rock, Arkansas this Sunday morning at 8:00. I am doing leg 3 which is 7.8 miles. I am ready though (I think). It is up a gradual hill as far as I know. My friend and I are going to drive the path on Saturday so that way we will know what to expect. I am looking forward to it. It will be so awesome to think that we ran a marathon together. What a great accomplishment.

I did one of my short runs yesterday. I didn't have much energy for some reason. I had planned on doing 3 miles but I just squeaked out 2.5. That is o.k. though, I am not going to beat myself up about it. I think my body was just tired. I am doing 3-4 today then I will rest for a few days until my race on Sunday.

My food hasn't been great. I have eaten out several times between the weekend and then we had pizza out last night. It was good but I really shouldn't have had it. I have a good food plan today and I will stick to it. OH, AND NO CHOCOLATES FROM THE FRONT DESK!! I must STAY AWAY!! I WILL STAY AWAY!! Can you see me trying to talk myself into NOT having any chocolates. I WILL DO IT!!
