My Phit-N-Phat friends over at http://www.sisterskinny.com/ do this thing called "Healthiest thing I ate today". Well last night J made the best most healthy meal so I had to share a picture of it with you. It was olive oil seared mahi mahi w/ squash and mushrooms sauted in olive oil, steamed in the microwave cauliflower and lettuce w/ vinegar and oil dressing. It was SO YUMMY!!! Chloe even liked it, of course she dipped her fish in ketchup just b/c she is a "dipper" but it absolutely did not need ketchup.
