I met the teacher last night at the gym and she was very friendly. Not that being friendly means anything but I guess it can't hurt. I have ridden a stationary bike several times and I never really thought it was that tough but I know this will be tough. I am just anxious to see what it is like in comparison to running 3 miles. I can do 3 miles with relative ease (not that it is easy by any means but it is not difficult either anymore) and I feel like my legs are in decent shape. I have a feeling though that this is going to be tougher than I think it is going to be. In fact I know it is going to be. I brought my handy dandy heart rate monitor along so that I can see exactly how many calories I burn. I can't wait to post my feedback about it tomorrow. This will be such a great way to spice up my running cardio only routines that I have been doing. BURN BABY BURN!!!
