8 miles = complete

I did the 8 miles yesterday and it went well. I did some inclines this time and my calves were feeling it but not too bad. I am much better today. My legs are sore for a few hours after I run then the next day they are really good. The best thing about my run was after I got home J had cooked salmon, broccoli and green beans. What a great healthy way to finish my run.

The rest of the week I need to do run 3-4 miles twice and then this weekend do a 6 miler. I CANNOT BELIEVE my half marathon is in less thatn 2 WEEKS!!! WOW!!! This training time has flown by.

I am still busy but my project is going smooth so far. I will be back tomorrow for a brief check in.

Way to go!

I was really surprised that I found the training for a 1/2 marathon so much "fun" (I don't really think that's the right word, but you probably know what I mean).

I'm even more surprised that I miss it so much - but it will start up again at the end of May.

GREAT job of balancing your super busy schedule!!
