Training continues

My training must go on. My first half marathon will be in 4 weeks on Sunday, April 6th. I did 4 miles yesterday and it went really well. I felt so good and rested that it just made for a great run. I will do 3 miles on Thursday or Friday then 10 miles on Saturday or Sunday.

I was off work yesterday due to snow in our area. Not much but just enough to close the public schools and the University which rarely happens. It could not have come at a better time b/c I was so tired from the weekend and I had a lot to get done. I did the laundry, cleaned the bathrooms, paid the bills and I even got in a 1 1/2 hour nap then I did my run. It was SO NICE!!!

That is all I have for today. I must get to work and make up for not being here yesterday.
