That is 2 days in a row getting up early before work to exercise. As you saw from my Tuesday blog things didn't go as planned for Tuesday morning but all was well Weds. and Thurs. morning. I did my strength workout in my garage with weights and a step bench and mat on Wednesday morning then this morning I did jog/walk intervals outside. I will tell you this if you didn't know that IT IS HOT! Even in the mornings at 5:30 it is hot, but I do it anyway, it is obviuosly cooler at 5:30 am than it is at 5:30 pm. It just feels so good to get the workouts over with for the day then I just don't have to worry about it. I always recommend to people to get up and get it over with so nothing gets in the way of your exercise time. Of course, you have to do what works for you.
Eating is going so well this week. I have stayed on program all week with no straying. I have been so proud. Now, I am going into the weekend with a good solid plan. I have to have my weekends planned out b/c it is so easy to get of course when you are not on a regular schedule like I am during the weeks. It is easy to not eat every 2-3 hours or to not get in all of the water or to over indulge at a family get together or out to eat or an outing with friends. I will be straying a little on Sunday at my parents house by eating creamy tacos but I plan to just eat them in moderation. I can do it!
It is Thursday afternoon so get your plan together for the weekend so you don't stray off your path. Make a plan, write it down and stick to it and you will be so glad you did come Monday morning when you feel great about yourself and the scale is down.
