OUR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY!!

4 years today we have been married. Wow, I told J that sometimes it feels like it was yesterday and sometimes it feels like it was 10 years ago...he agreed with a smile. For a celebration we are going to near Springfield, MO to see Dierks Bentley and Cross Canadian Ragweed (a band from OK that plays in Fay at George's sometimes). Anyway, we can't wait. We have been wanting to see this concert ever since they have been touring we just couldn't find it close enough during a time that we could go.

As far as the luncheon went yesterday, I did pretty good. I ate several different things but not too much of the bad stuff. I got right back on track though with watermelon for my afternoon snack and then I had a good dinner.

I have not exercised since Monday of this week. Darling Lizzie has taken a turn for the worse in the sleeping department and has kept me up a lot the past two nights. Then during the evenings I have had other obligations and have not been able to get it in. Tonight I have plans to run with a friend and push the girls so hopefully that will work out.

I am gearing up for the weekend and trying to figure out my plan for eating and exercising. Do you have a plan? If not get to thinking about it so you have no excuses for not eating well or exercising.
