Am I forming a HABIT??????

Yes, this is the big question, am I forming a habit of being an AM exerciser again? I actually used to exercise in the AM about 2 1/2 years ago when my neighbor and I started running at 5 AM in our neighborhood then about 6 months into our good habit she moved and I wasn't as consistent after that and haven't been since. I would get up occasionaly but nothing like 4 days a week. In fact when I ran with her we would do it 2-3 days a week depending on the week. So this is the most I have ever gone in a row and I LOVE IT!!! It is tough, I mean tough to pull yourself out of bed but I must admit it IS WORTH IT!! I am so glad I am doing it. I love getting my workout out of the way. This morning I did body attack which is like old school aerobics and it is my favorite class so far. Tomorrow I am taking Jordan through one of my upper body Phit-N-Phat workouts and then we are going to do some running/power walking intervals on the indoor track. It should be fun. Then on Thursday we are venturing out and trying a spin class. My food has been on the verge of EXCELLENT!! I am feeling smaller already and the scale is slowly coming back down from my week long vacation hiatus.

i love spinning in the morning! it is the best workout, as long as you turn up the resistance, and push through the pain! maybe you'll like it better this time...

Let me know what you think of spinning. I think you will really enjoy it b/c it really pushes you and is an excellent cardio workout.
Great job on the AM workout!
By the way, I completed my first sprint triatholon. What a wonderful feeling!!!
