This AM exercise madness is continuing!

I did it again ya'll. I pulled some dedication out of my hat and I did another 5:30 AM workout and this time it was in my good ol' living room, garage and neighborhood. The alarm went off at 5:10 and my sweet husband said "Babe, time to get out of bed" so with my two feet on the floor I was good to go and I got ready, brushed my teeth, washed my face which helps me wake up a bit and made my way to the living room. I did my upper body strength training, that took about 25 minutes. then I went to the garage and did a high intensity interval training workout from Phit-n-Phat on the treadmill for 15 minutes then decided I had a little more juice so I kept it up and jogged/sprinted/walked 1 mile around my neighborhood. It was HOT and HUMID!! I was sweating up a storm but I felt so strong and powerful b/c I have proved to myself that I can be an exercise machine if I want to.

You won't believe this but I am on track to exercise 6 days this week. I have 3 done already and I am headed to the gym tomorrow AM for step aerobics then on Friday I am walking/jogging with my friend Lesley as long as her knee is doing ok (she has knee problems) and then Saturday I am headed to the gym for a bootcamp style workout with 4 different classes from 8am until 12pm. As crazy as it sounds I am really looking forward to it.

Has anyone seen the Dawn from about 1 month ago who could barely get a workout in? NO, that is right b/c she is GONE, LONG GONE!! I have some extreme motivation, dedication and commitment to get to my goal and nothing is getting in my way and I am even upping the anty and exercising 6 days in one week!! WOOT WOOT!!
